This machine is mainly used for liquid and paste filling and sealing of vials, such as IVD, POCT in vitro diagnostic reagents, pharmaceuticals, the culture medium for agricultural research and development, chemical reagents for chemical research, amino acid reagents for biological experiments, hospital enzyme reagents, diagnostic reagents, Protein reagents for health products, physical antibiotic reagents, plant hormones and nucleic acid reagents for scientific research institutions, carbohydrate reagents for pharmaceutical companies, and other tubular liquid products can all be aseptically filled with this automatic diagnostic reagent filling machine. Equipment features:

1. The filling is performed by a high-precision peristaltic pump, with high precision and no cross-contamination of materials; the structure of the pump adopts a quick-connect disassembly mechanism, which is convenient for cleaning and disinfection.

2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.

3. The filling machine has the functions of no filling and automatic counting when there is no bottle.

4. The filling needle is equipped with an anti-drip device.

5. When filling, the filling head dives into the bottom of the bottle and rises slowly, which can effectively prevent air bubbles.

6. Using the magnetic torque capping head, the capping torque is step-less adjustable, with the function of constant torque capping, correcting the tilted cap, not hurting the cap, and the sealing is tight and reliable;

7. The material contact part is made of SUS316L stainless steel, and the appearance of the whole machine is SUS304 stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of GMP.

8. The filling machine can be equipped with a dust cover and a laminar flow hood (FFU) structure, which can complete filling and capping in a local 100-level environment.
