Jar Filling Line and Canning Line For pickles, perserved fruits and vegetables

Application:

This filling line is based on a conventional production line canned process configuration, a high degree of automation of the entire production process, in line with Chinese GMP hygiene standards;

1). The filling production line in addition to supporting the machine specified materials are stainless steel, the structure of all the machines are in accordance with food hygiene standards chosen design;

2). This jar filling line equipment and materials in contact with the outer containers are made of SS. Machine frame material is SS304, product touched material is SS316.

3). Washable structures frequently used pieces of frangible connection, shift or change the product guarantee when dealing with convenient health;

4). 1-2 employees present when normal production sets of production lines

Bottles/jar feeder machine → Z type elevator → Multi-heads weigher → Working platform → Rotary located filling machine → Capping machine → Foil sealing machine → Labeling machine→ Collection table
