Working principle：

Flow chart: Jar feeding---Clip bottle conveying --- Turning 180 degrees --- Washing by water ---flushing by clean compressed air---Turn 180 degrees output the bottle---drying and sterilizing. 

Description of the working principle：

Bottles are transported into the clip conveyor by turn conveyor; the bottles are flipped 180 degrees into the pressure water cleaning station, water rinse bottles, and then continue to go through the air flushing station rinsing and drying the bottle by high-pressure air. Then by inverting and conveying the bottle clip bottle conveyor 180 degrees rehabilitation, after turning a clean bottle conveyor sent. Finish washing function then goes to high-temperature tunnel for drying and sterilization.
