(1) Purpose
It is mainly used in filling enterprises of various pulp-containing beverages, juices, jams, and yogurts. It integrates filling and sealing functions into one, and the whole process is automated. It is suitable for polyester bottles and new material bottles. Its characteristics are that the pulp is first stirred in the filling tank for proportional dilution and filling.
1. Production capacity: 1.5 tons per hour
2. Applicable products: beverages (without CO2 gas) and moderately viscous juices, beverages, chili sauce, sesame sauce, ketchup, yogurt and cream (hot).

Bottle diameter: Φ40～Φ80mm
Bottle mouth inner diameter: Φ28～Φ55mm
Bottle height: 60~150mm
Bottle volume: ≤280ml
Material: tin can, glass bottle, plastic bottle, alumnium can, galss jar, etc.
4. Height of conveyor belt for incoming and outgoing bottles: 1050mm

(1) Number of filling heads: 16 heads(can be customized based on your production capacity)
(2) Filling valve volume: ≤280ml/each action
(3) Filling valve center circle diameter: Φ640mm
6. Compressed air: 0.3MPa (little air consumption)
